OMSI and ZOO

Here are some more pictures from our Portland trip.

We made it (of course) to the zoo.

 We got to ride the train! Amelia loved it and sat in a seat all by her big girl self!

 There she is checking out the forest that surrounds the zoo from the train seat view!

 And a small token from the Oregon Zoo (and Meema of course!)

 My dad treated us to a visit to OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) on a rainy Portland day. Here is the view of the river and bridges from their eating area.

 We only made it to the IMAX and the Kid's Science Area... but that's all that mattered to this little scientist : )

 She loved watching the balls twirl down into the water hole

 But after she slipped and fell one to many times on the wet floor we headed over to the sand room... which she loved just as equally!

 Who is that?

 Oh there's the little man-o!

 He began perfecting his crawl in the infant play room at OMSI

 It's hard to tell from the picture but we got Millie some adorable "noculars" (binoculars) to encourage the little scientist in her! She is so cute looking through the tiny lenses!
