Treasure Falls

Adam has had the last couple of Mondays off. It has been nice to have 1 full day just for our family. We took a short trip over to Pagosa Springs with the motive of the trip so we could go to the Malt Shoppe which we have shared about our love for before : ) But who drives 1 1/2 hours for a really good milkshake anyways?!?! So to justify it we stopped at Treasure Falls which is just past Wolf Creek Ski Area and took a small little hike to see the beautiful waterfall.
And here it is... (this is at the end of the pass over Wolf Creek)
Taking the little hike up to the waterfall...
... but not before we stop for a little potty break (outdoorswoman style... outdoorstoddlergirl style)... I just try to remind her when she wants to potty outside in the grass at home (like she delighted us in doing here) that Princesses Potty in the Toilet (except when camping and hiking) : )
And back on the trail
Love the Moby Wrap, love the infant hat, love the cute sweater that was his daddy's when he was a baby : )
And I just don't think there's a cuter face than this one!
Except maybe this one! It's tied for me : )
And here we are at the Falls!
Nice little modeling pose : )
 Daddy and the kiddos
Joshua having a little snack : ) before we head back
Tanko inhaling the fresh falls water
Back on the trail... heading for our milkshakes : )
This type of view will NEVER get old to me (unlike scorpions, cacti and dust/dirt)
Hehe... this makes me laugh! Good-bye Treasure Falls : )
I didn't get pictures of the Malt Shoppe (surely it won't be long before our next visit there) but here's daddy and the kiddos lounging by the lake behind the shop
