Family & Big Sister

We had the blessing of my mom staying with us for 3 weeks to help out with not only baby Josh but also Amelia and some housework : ) While she was here my dad and brother made a short trip out and came to visit the newest addition. Here is my dad holding his grandson.

We always teased Kurt growing up and called him Dirt... well Millie took to that quickly since she can't say her "K's" very well so she called him "Uncle Dirt" : ) the legacy lives on!

Millie has taken her role as Big Sister very seriously... she was constantly practicing on her dolly on how to take care of a baby.

She gets so excited when he wakes up... she says "baby Josh wake up! baby Josh eyes open! woo hoo!" Tonight she got up from the couch and started walking upstairs, she didn't tell either of us what she was doing, when I got to the top of the stairs and asked her what she was doing she said "I wanna see baby Josh" it's so cute!
