Amelia's 8th Birthday

It hadn't been long but we've made it a tradition to go to Santa Claus Village for Amelia's birthday with the Jardon fam... it's been a great excuse for a family reunion.

Beautiful time of the year with the fall color changes

Amelia loves the new big kid rides they opened up this year
Me and the babies waiting for Amelia and daddy to finish the big kid rides!
They opened a new zip line... I wish I could've gone on this one! No rides for prego mamas : (

Daddy couldn't do this one with her b/c of that sick to your stomach feeling... but that didn't stop her! She rode it all by herself!
The kids love this roller coaster... it's the one that goes forwards and backwards really fast. This was Lydia's first year being tall enough to ride it!
Watching the magic show... believe it or not we've never seen it before!
Amelia got called up on stage to assist the magician! Perfect birthday present!
Amelia and Raelynn riding the roller coaster
Visiting Santa!

Little elves!
Big slide!

Family photo... even baby #6 is visible haha!
And the whole Jardon clan with Santa! We miss you Aunti Abbi and Uncle Mitch!
Snuggles with Aunti
Trian ride!

Beepa surprised Josh and bought him this dino watch from the gift shop! He has been learning to tell time so he would not stop looking at it the rest of the day so he could tell the time ; )
Amelia has been wanting an American Girl Doll for awhile now. I really wanted to wait until I knew for sure she'd appreciate it and take care of it well since they're a little pricey. It was the one present she asked for from Meema Noreen and Meema delivered! Here's her first American Girl Doll, a Truly Me Doll designed to look like her and she named her Amy ; )

We finished the Santa Claus Village day with a Power Rangers cake!

I have a lot of fun stealing Pinterest ideas for my cakes ; )
Amelia wanted a power rangers birthday party so we went all out for her... we decorated the house and decided to set up a cardboard photo op board of power rangers characters... we put the kids to work!

Lydia and Jo wanted to help but it's a little tricky so they got to just do some painting on their own
Friends!

Here's the photo board!
Oooops… I meant to delete this one ; )

And the birthday party ended with an obstacle course in the basement to the theme of the Power Rangers... Go, Go, Power Rangers!

Happy 8th Birthday Amelia!
