We had the pleasure of going on 2 short day hikes while we were in Colorado Springs. The first one we took was at Waldo Canyon which is right off the highway... it was beautiful although we wanted to go a little further into the hike but our Millie bean was very very sleepy. We got this awesome backpack off Craigslist... these backpacks start at $200 and we got ours for $60! It came in handy big time for our trip and Adam has used it a bunch just running errands and going to the park with Millie. Cute little arms emerging from the backpack : )

I have no idea what this face was for that Millie's making but I absolutely LOVE IT!
This was another day hike we took with our friend Joey and his new dog Bishop! It was called Blodgette's peak and this was one of the most beautiful hikes!
I love hiking!
