Our New Home

Well, after searching for a house to buy since February we finally landed on a beautiful foreclosed home! The bank has accepted our offer and as long as everything clears with the appraisal this beauty will actually be ours... well... still the bank's since that's who we will be in debt too : ) and technically God's since all things are His but you get the point! So June 26th is the promise date where we will receive keys to our first home : ) It is 3 bedrooms... 1 for us, 1 for Amelia and 1 for all you guests out there who want to visit us... all are welcome! It's in a cute little community with a pool (that's great since it's been 105 daily for the last few weeks and it's only May)! We are so excited and cannot wait to get our of apartment living and enjoy the perks of our own home... and a garage finally! Adam is brilliant at fitting loads of stuff in a small balcony closet with his strategic positions but I am certain he will be glad to put that skill in his own closet. We will post more pictures of the home later as we get them.
